 To read all civil drawings to carry out orientation details for calculating the heat load calculations for commercial & residential buildings. And also prepare the layout & Duct designing.

Supervising the complete installation of Plumbing, Fire fighting, Pump rooms & HVAC works.

Preparation of daily activity report, weekly and monthly progress reports.

Providing Technical supports to the foremen & technicians.

Responsible of receiving, distributing, and keeping records of all technical data.

Keeping good relation with the consultant for day-to-day smooth operation and getting approval for the installed work.

Responsible for builders works.

Responsible for preparing daily Weekly and monthly progress report

Responsible the co-ordination with all other trades.

Instruct the team of technicians to carry out the regular maintenance of efficient working conditions.

To prepare the cost of project & the cost of maintenance for AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts).

To lead the work force of 50-80 men at a single site.
